Terms of Service

Welcome to Colors Over Coffee. By accessing this website or purchasing any product from our store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or purchase our products.


1. Digital Products

Colors Over Coffee sells digital products only. No physical products will be shipped.

After your purchase is complete, you will receive access to download your purchased files.

All digital files are delivered in PNG format unless otherwise stated in the product description.


2. Product Information

We make every effort to accurately represent our artwork, colors, and file contents.

Because monitor settings and printers vary, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or printing process.

All seamless patterns are created at:

  • 12 x 12 inches
  • 300 DPI
  • High-resolution PNG format


3. Licensing

Purchasing a product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork under the terms outlined in our Licensing Agreement and Terms & Conditions.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer ownership or copyright.

All copyrights remain the exclusive property of Colors Over Coffee.


4. Permitted Uses

Unless otherwise stated, purchased artwork may be used to create physical products for personal use or commercial sale, including but not limited to:

  • Apparel
  • Fabric
  • Tumblers
  • Stickers
  • Notebooks
  • Bags
  • Home décor
  • Other finished physical products

Commercial manufacturing may require an additional license depending on your intended use.


5. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

  • Sell, share, gift, or redistribute the original digital files.
  • Upload artwork to print-on-demand marketplaces such as Redbubble, Zazzle, Merch by Amazon, Printful, Printify, Spoonflower, or similar services unless your purchased license specifically allows it.
  • Create or sell new digital products using Colors Over Coffee artwork.
  • Create seamless patterns, digital papers, clip art packs, SVG collections, embroidery files, or any other digital resources from our artwork.
  • Trace, copy, recreate, or claim Colors Over Coffee artwork as your own.
  • Use Colors Over Coffee artwork to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
  • Remove watermarks from preview images.

Artwork may be resized for physical production, but may not be altered to create derivative digital artwork for resale.


6. Product Panels

A limited exception is granted for creating physical product panels.

Customers may:

  • Use one Colors Over Coffee design per panel.
  • Use plain backgrounds or coordinating Colors Over Coffee patterns.

Customers may NOT:

  • Repeat artwork to create a new seamless pattern.
  • Combine Colors Over Coffee artwork with artwork from another designer.
  • Sell panels as digital files.


7. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

Prices may change without notice.

Colors Over Coffee reserves the right to discontinue products, collections, or limited-edition releases at any time.


8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Refunds are only considered for:

  • Duplicate purchases
  • Corrupted files that cannot be replaced
  • Errors made by Colors Over Coffee

Please contact us if you experience any issues with your order.


9. File Downloads

Customers are responsible for downloading and safely storing purchased files.

Colors Over Coffee is not responsible for lost, deleted, or damaged files after 7 business days from the purchase date.

Please back up your files after downloading.


10. Exclusive Artwork & Custom Services

If you purchase a custom logo, exclusive seamless pattern, or commissioned artwork, additional terms apply.

  • Exclusive seamless designs start at $80 USD
  • Custom logos start at $100 USD
  • Seasonal logo updates are $35 USD

Estimated turnaround time is 15–25 business days after all project details have been received.

Custom artwork is delivered as high-resolution PNG files only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Source files, editable files, Procreate files, PSD, AI, SVG, and other working files are not included.

Each project includes three (3) complimentary revision rounds.

Additional revisions are $10 USD per requested change.

All copyrights remain with Colors Over Coffee.


11. Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, patterns, graphics, logos, and digital products remain the exclusive intellectual property of Colors Over Coffee.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or infringement of our artwork may result in termination of licensing rights and legal action where appropriate.


12. Changes to These Terms

Colors Over Coffee reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of this website or purchase of our products constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.
